Another way in which life does not imitate art

Why is it that in every movie where there is a darkroom there is also hot, steamy sex in said darkroom? This is the precise reason I took photojournalism (sorry Freed!), and yet I got no hot, steamy sex in the darkroom in Gooch. Oh well, there's always hot, steamy sex in...never mind.
