Conversation between my mother and me at the elderly sleepover about Kathy Nutt who was thinking about staying in our room because some of her roomates had not shown up yet because of the tornadoes (more on that at another time):
Mom: "When you don't have anyone else to sleep with, you aren't really picky."
Me: "Tell me about it. That was the story of my life during my freshman year of college."
