Be my mother who is supposed to love me and support me no matter what, yet tell me that God no longer loves me because I messed up during Lent*.
*So I went shopping one or two or 15 times. I'm sorry. But I did give up something to take the place of shopping. I gave up crack instead of shopping. But that just wasn't good enough for you. So then I gave up procrastination...and only five weeks after Lent started. I think that just shows that there was a need.
